The U.A.E Rugby Player Awards is an award ceremony that aims to commend people from every category of the sport in the United Arab Emirates. The inaugural event in 2014 was held on Thursday 10 April, organised by (Sport360 ) and endorsed by the UAERF (United Arab Emirates Rugby Federation) who intend for the awards to be an annual occasion. Attendance was in the range of 300-400 people for the event and had Rory Lawson, Alain Rolland, Steve Thompson and Jonah Lomu as the star guests who took part in a Q & A session at the ceremony regarding their experiences with the game of Rugby. The 2015 award ceremony was held on Thursday 9 April, organised by Sport360 and again endorsed by the UAERF (United Arab Emirates Rugby Federation).
